funny facts about me and horses . . .

If you want to know more about my past . . . perhaps you should know that i've ridden horses for most of my life and I've won many world-championships in the paint horse world as a youth. I broke a record for one of the most popular classes and i'm currently still ranked 4th on the honor roll listing - here's a link to an article about that class/event and why it's such a big deal in the paint horse industry -

for the record, I guess I'm proud of the fact that I did things by the rules in the horse world . . . I didn't abuse animals or fuck judges or pay them off . . . I didn't even have a trainer. I just had talent and I worked hard - that was real . . . very, very real. a wise person once said it's not whether you win but how you play the game and I must say i'm very satisfied with how i've played the game . . . cheers to continuing that!

oh yes, and as far as competition between competitors . . . I feel like the only real competition is with yourself and life - that is the sport - those are the challenges if you choose to take them on.
